OUR MISSION
To share with young girls in crisis how to take care for oneself physically and emotionally. HOW This inspiring day includes activities related to making young women feel beautiful on the inside and out. They will learn how to take care of their mind and bodies the healthy way. - Talks/seminars on healthy eating - Volunteer-lead exercise groups - Donations from nutrition companies, local fitness facilities, clothing & sporting companies provide the participants with tangible memories of the day! We want to empower young women with the knowledge and confidence they need to build strong lives for themselves.    |
